Well, here are the photos of the projects that I have been blogging about for the past couple of days. The first is my Jaywalker sock in Party Time, Apple Butter yarn by Apple Laine. More Canadian yarn, but this is Wendy's fault. I saw it on her blog first. Lovely stuff, with 25% mohair. Lurking in the background is Socks That Rock, Rock Candy which I heard about from the enablers enthusiatic members of the Townsend Sock KAL Yahoo group. It is destined to be Jaywalkers II. Hoping this will help get me into the Jaywalker KAL. I am on a roll. A few minutes ago, that STR was socks. Rip it, baby. I will not frog any other completed items, Beth. Is anyone else having Bloglines withdrawal? The bad thing is, I remember a lot of blog URLS to look them up.
The second photo is my cute lil ol' Kristina bag, all felted and almost dry. I survived the steeking and will sew in a zipper on top.
The Asian print is going to be lining that bag--don't think it really matches, but I wanted it.
The bag is wonderful! And I do like the lining material..who says it has to match..just "goes with" is fine..Personally, the lining looks like it matches just fine

I've used that Rock Candy colorway - Yum! And that Apple Laine yarn has colors calling my name too!

I adore the Asian print, too! Go for it. The socks look great and love the color.
