I have finished one sleeve for the bolero with the crochet trim. The yarn is Patons Bamboo Silk
I got some wooden buttons from Wooden Treasures on Etsy.
I also got a wooden shawl pin. South4th Woodcraft is the Etsy seller's name.
The tomato plants had to come out of the Aerogarden. They are all bent over from being cramped by the lights.
The tomatoes shot up while we were away, and need to come out of the Aergarden tomorrow. (No pots or potting soil today.) In knitting news, I finished the heel of the second Mini Mochi sock.
Here is the second Mini Mochi Eye sock posing with the itty bitty 3-pod Aerogarden in my office. The Aerogardeners on Yahoo are right-these things are addictive. This one will have flowers. It's so cute. The yarn color is Tapestry Rainbow.
I took the pink Acer Aspire One to Las Vegas. I had no trouble with the checkpoint friendly netbook bag-it opens out butterfly style so the netbook is in a compartment by itself with no metal or other obscuring things. Yes, I spent money on frivolous things on vacation. A Margaritaville t-shirt, tacky flip-flops and a pedicure. Not to mention Internet access. Two things here:

Crocheting, even. In Las Vegas. I finished the body of the raglan Double Eyelet Bolero (Ravelry) and have some done on the second Mini Mochi Eye Sock in Tapestry Rainbow. I kept disturbing the ladybug during my photo shoot. I have some Vegas photos here
The vet had to put Muffin down yesterday. She had a bad intestinal infection and the bacteria caused pneumonia as well. She lost much weight and refused to eat. DH called every day from Las Vegas to check on her and to approve various treatments. She spent a week at the vet on IVs while he tried various antibiotics. He thought she might have had it for a while, as she always seemed to have tummy trouble. We might be able to get another white faced pup.
I have reached the armhole division on the raglan Double Eyelet Bolero. I will knit a few inches, then crochet the rest of the body. The yarn is Patons Silk Bamboo in Sapphire.
I finally sewed the Fiber Trends suede slipper soles on the fekted Fiber Trends clogs I made from Patons Classic Wool in December.
I have gotten a little more done. The topdown raglan yoke now looks more like a yoke. This is Double Eyelet Bolero in Paton's Silk Bamboo, Sapphire. It feels good, and is easier to handle on Harmony wooden needles. the color is more realistic here with a little tweaking.
I needed a new photo for my Facebook profile, so DH took a few. It is great to see Muffin rambunctious after a B12 shot and antibiotics for an upset tummy. She is not licking me, she is biting.

I did not have a chance to knit yesterday, or upload these photos from the D200. Muffin followed me around the yard.

I got a new sibling for my D50 today. I had to have a lens to try it, so I took the lens off the D50 and put it on the D200. I managed that without reading the manual. My first encounter with a CF memory card took reading the manual, however. I have not read any more, though, so when the camera's flash didn't fire, I stuck the Nikon SB600 Speedlight on it. That worked-I couldn't get it to fire with the D50, sigh.
I have started the raglan bolero that I want to trim with crochet. The Paton's Silk Bamboo yarn in Sapphire is very nice and soft and lustrous, but I think I need to switch to wooden needles, as the stitches tend to slide off the addi Turbos. Hobby Lobby has this, if I run out. My first photo with the D200 that looked good.
