I is for Iced Tea

I couldn't come up with an idea for I, except for Internet. DH suggested Insect, then Iced tea. I went with the iced tea idea. He dragged a heavy table into the shade and distracted the dogs so I could have a photo shoot. Boy.am I full of tea. I was getting warm and started drinking the props.

My photo assistant was lying under the tea table behaving himself, while DH restrained his friend the bulldog. Anyone need a sweet terrier and bulldog? DH named them Skipper and Little Buddy.

G is for Garden

Or to be more realistic, G is for Ground.  The freshly-tilled Ground in the spring holds such promise for a thriving summer Garden. The tomatoes will go in soon.

F is For Flamingo

Of course, there were too many people around when the sun was on the real flamingos and sculpted ones to get a photo opp with the sock, so I had to settle for neon. DH and I have stayed in the pink place every trip to Las Vegas. Did anyone see that coming?

E is for Entrelac

I was thinking about what to photograph for my E photo for the ABC Along. After a few hours of drawing a blank, Entrelac popped into my head. Since I learned how to do entrelac, I have made scarves, a Christmas stocking, a seemingly HUGE baby blankie, (LOTS of pics here.) a vest, and socks. I go through periods where entrelac is all I want to do, and, as in the case of my sister's scarf, not feel like working on it for months. I have done a few rows lately. This scarf is in Noro Silk Garden 251 from Knitch, purchased during the Yarn Harlot event, and is Allison's pattern.

C is California Roll

I wanted to share this photo, as I don't get California rolls very often where I live in the sticks. I dislike raw fish, so this is the closest to sushi I get.
